Shadow 480 Multisound humbucker bass pickup

Had this pickup sat on the shelf ages, finally got it in a bass. Figure the instructions might come in useful to someone, kinda mangled on my one, the tape means can’t cleanly open it out, but makes most of it findable for someone tryna figure out one of these.
