Burman Pro 4000 and IEC into a Bulgin hole

New amp arrival, once this is going, hopefully will be main bass amp, is handier than the SC200, is 140w, might just be enough.

Been sat about a fair while. Mystery grub on it.

Lovely Burman insides, although some is replaced after a bit of a being on fire incident. This is made for KT77 and EL34 don’t take the voltage so well.

  1. Oh yeah, just realised I enver said anything about IEC into a Bulgin socket hole. Well, you can carve down an IEC socket to fit into the hole without going right through and compromising the socket, although it probably isn’t adviseable. The filing part is much easier if you plug in an IEC lea to the socket so you have more to hold on to. Very important to ensure that lead isn’t plugged in first though.
